As each order is made-to-order and uniquely crafted based on customer requirements, our return and refund policy is designed to reflect the nature of our work and align with UAE Federal Law No. (15) of 2020 on Consumer Protection.
🚫 No Returns or Refunds for Customized Products
All our products are custom-designed, printed, or manufactured specifically for you. Once production begins, your order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, except in the limited situations listed below.

Custom products are made to your specific requirements — including your brand, design, logo, or personal message. As such:

They cannot be restocked or resold.

They are created exclusively for you based on approved designs or artwork.
As per UAE law:
“The consumer may not return or exchange goods if the nature of the product prevents it or if it is manufactured according to special specifications requested by the consumer.”
– UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020, Article 14
✅ When a Return or Refund Is Accepted
We will only offer a replacement or refund if:

You receive a damaged or defective item upon delivery.

The product delivered does not match the approved design or order specification (e.g., wrong size, incorrect print, wrong quantity).

There is a clear error caused by our team in the printing or production process.
In such cases, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery by email.

To file a return request, please email support@awsombuy2day.com with the following:

Clear photos showing the problem or defect
We may request return shipping of the defective item (at our cost) before issuing a replacement or refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
